Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Dália Mateus, operating under the name RivaJazz (www.rivajazz.com), including bodywork, integrative therapies, and mentoring services.
By booking a session, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Services
All services offered are holistic, integrative, and supportive in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate healthcare support when needed.
2. Payments
- All sessions must be paid in full in advance or on the day of the appointment.
- Payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, MBWay, or other methods made available at the time of booking.
- Failure to complete payment may result in the session being cancelled or offered to another client.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full or deducted from a prepaid package.
- In exceptional circumstances where a session must be cancelled by RivaJazz, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
4. Professional Boundaries
All sessions are held within clear professional and ethical boundaries.
- Bodywork sessions exclude intimate areas of the body.
- Emotional responses may arise during some sessions; these are approached with care and respect within a safe and professional environment.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
5. Responsibility & Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information before sessions and for communicating any discomfort during treatment.
Dália Mateus is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, nor for decisions made by clients outside of sessions.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Client information is treated as confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- Booking and payment processing may be handled through third-party platforms (e.g. online booking systems), each governed by its own privacy policies.

7. Packages & Validity
Packages of sessions are valid for a limited period from the date of purchase:
- Packages of 5 sessions are valid for 6 months
- Packages of 10 sessions are valid for 10 months
Sessions must be used within this timeframe. Any unused sessions after the expiry period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Promotional or seasonal packages (including special offers or event-based bundles) are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, these are typically to be used within 3 to 4 months.
